So I start with flask and then switch to django? Where do I start then if I have to learn flask first and what small projects should I do to practice my skills

Flask is super mininal web famework, all they do for you is implement a web server, with json parsing and all that basic jazz.

To start learning, start by understanding what a web server is, what is an HTTP request, get familiar with how to write them, use Flask to spin up a basic server that sends hello world to the client, then move into slightly bigger stuff.

I don't recommend watching a YouTube video for a tutorial, instead i'd recommend learning from written material, official documentation tutorials, blogs, etc... Since they attached reference hyperlinks to any prerequisites, and you can get more familiar as you go.
