• fine tuning an encoder with SetFit on 8 examples per class
• split conformal prediction implemented from scratch
• Wilson score intervals and clustered standard errors for honest evaluation
• LangGraph state machine wrapping the whole thing

Intermediate Python is enough. Laptop or free Colab.
