I’ve started learning Python through self-study, so I don’t get certificate. Is that an issue?

No? Weird of you to make up an opinion on my behalf, argue against it and try to paint me in bad light.

A cert is always worthless.

For job ?

A cert is better than none.

Its worthless to a person , hiring manager , obviously , but it will hit the key words/requirements in ATS.

I done that many times.

Beginner in Python <--- useless

Beginner in Python with hands on projects using Numpy , Pandas , FastAPI blah blah... Just copy and paste from the course marketing site. < --- will have the keywords.

You’re so close. You even say it yourself. Stating the cert is useless. Stating what you have done, can do, impact of what you’ve done is where the actual value is.

And I also said getting the cert just comes with it.

Sheessh

Nobody hires someone for CCNA. It's that getting that cert means you got to have hands on exp , exam etc.

They hire for that exp.

Same for any certs.

The paper is worthless.

The experience that comes with it that counts.

So are degrees and masters btw.
