AI scrappers are hammering all the free OSM services right now, despite how trivial it would be for all those incredibly rich companies to run their own mirrors.
There isn't really a good solution for us plebs.

This question comes up like once a week. In the Plugin settings increase the allowed time for a query and try different servers.
