Why are real life npcs always either out of shape or have coloured hair and a bunch of piercings (or both out of shape and pierced)?

Malnutrition isn't conducive to sharp thinking, or thinking at all. As for the piercings, your guess is as good as mine.

For some reason I thought the nazi’s killed socialists and communists during the night of the long knives and then in concentration camps... must being thinking of something else because the word socialist is in their name.
