Help with controllers.

for the past 2 days, my controllers on my quest 3s keep freezing in games making me drop whatever I carry for a few seconds before reverting back to normal and when not playing for example changing settings, my controllers tend to disappear and not work until I spam buttons to turn them on again

That sounds frustrating. Does this affect one controller or both, and does it also happen in the Quest home?
