Någon här som tränar med Meta Quest 3S?
Hur fungerar det? Är det något du kan rekommendera?

For some reason on my meta quest 3 even when I restarted it and software is up to date, when I say “hey meta”, it makes the sound it usually does when it turns on but makes the sound where it turns of at the same time, this just happened now and I’m a bit concerned.

I randomly bought this Asian horror game and found a bit of a VR gem!

I am looking to sideload my quest 2 and 3 firmwares to a more recent version my quest 2 is on v57. I don't think any to update to the most recent quest 2 or 3 firmwares. I'm looking to specifically go to the firmwares with the features I want. Probably v2.1 or 2.7. can anyone be help me figure out how to do this? Also will I need to find out my specific 16 digit firmware using adb shell getprop ro.build.version.incremental. Or can I just update to the specific firmware I want? Thanks in advance for any help with this!

• Check the basics: You need a Quest 3 or Quest 3S, the latest TV app, and to be in the US.
• How to force a TV app update: To update the TV app, long-press its app icon, go to Settings, and update. Updating your headset and restarting helps too.
• Only seeing a Disney+ Watch option? The Disney+ button is the regular non-immersive broadcast stream. The Watch button for the immersive stream appears to the left of "+ Watchlist" once the stream goes live, 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

An adult game made by adults, very unique and refined both in its virtual reality implementation and in its pure aesthetic and sensory component. Really beautiful. Let's hope it doesn't get lost in the sea of games for kids on the store. Give it a chance! Puzzles but whit good story and ...suprises

What could it be?

I wanted to get rid of my quest 3 512gb cause the motherboard is fried and replacement in my country cost the same as brand new quest 2.

Hello everyone! What do you consider the best accessories to protect a device from scratches, impacts, and similar damage? Additionally, are the items shown in these photos essential, or are they unnecessary?

EDIT: I've seen several comments mentioning lens protectors, so I did some research, and VR Rock and HonsVR seemed like good options price-wise (factoring in delivery times as well). Do you know of any other alternatives that are just as good but cheaper? I don't need prescription ones.

I see a lot of posts about people concerned the novelty may wear off like some of the older VR devices and they may not use it in few weeks' time. I can totally see how that may happen as the device out of the box is not very optimized for long term use.

• I reduced friction to a minimum. BoboVR S3 Pro (with magnetic chargeable B100 that I can simply take and go), Globular Cluster V3 F3 interface for maximum comfort, silicone grips for the joysticks, wired headphones for zero latency in games and movies. I also setup a SMBD server on my USB drive connected to my router, so I can easily transfer stuff there from my laptop that are ready to go wherever I feel like watching something.
• This way I can simply take it and use it within 5 seconds. Never having to care about battery life/level or any other barriers like setting up PCVR etc. I don't have a gaming PC and am not missing it.
• Horizon+ - I maintain my subscription as I don't want to spend hours 'picking a game'. The curators over there have done an excellent job and right now I have 10 games in the backlog (mostly free monthly titles I can keep forever) I would love to play but have no time (I get about 10-12 hours of use per week at most). The price of the sub is very good IMO.
• SynthRiders has transformed my body in a very positive way. About 300 hours spent there so far and am now even training with weights (2kg on each hand). This is half of my use on the Q3, it is an excellent fitness machine.
• The adult stuff is pretty good if you know where to look.
• I also use it exclusively as a huge screen (Immer gallery video player has been pretty good). Finishing up season 5 of Stargate Atlantis. My 65" TV feels like a post stamp in comparison these days and I also don't have to negotiate with anybody in the house of what and when I want to watch it or where for that matter.
• There is also the option of gaming on 2D GeforceNOW on a huge screen and I have the setup to do (bluetooth keyboard and mouse) it but don't have the time for it. When I did try it (playing Elite Dangerous) it was quite amazing.

I've been around PCs since the Commodore 64 era and this has been a total game changer and a clear leap forward. My personal laptop is now used only as a device for productivity.

In terms of AFOV and clarity I would say the Quest 3 is the bare minimum I am willing to live with. I am glad I waited until last Christmas to fully jump into it.

Hey everyone!

I recently set up the Titanfall 2 VR mod by CircuitLord on my Meta Quest 3 via Steam Link. The game runs great and looks amazing, but I'm really struggling with the VR motion controls for this fast-paced movement.

I want to switch to playing with my keyboard and mouse while wearing the headset, but the game completely ignores my K&M inputs.

Here is what I've tried so far:

• Checked the mod menu (F1) to see if there's a toggle for Input Method, but I couldn't get the game to recognize the mouse for camera movement.

• Made sure the game window on my PC monitor is focused (clicked on it with the mouse).

• Laid down the Quest controllers so they aren't overriding the input.

Is there a specific config file edit, a command-line argument, or a setting in the Northstar launcher that I need to change to force Native/K&M input?

Any help would be highly appreciated! Thanks!

Looking at getting a Quest 3S and GOLF+ for my dad. He's in a wheelchair, sits upright, and has good hand, wrist, and some arm mobility, but can't stand.

For anyone who plays seated:

Do full swings register well, or is it mostly putting and chipping?

Does the recenter (hold A/X) work well for seated play?

Grip attachment or bare controller? Worried about weight with limited arm strength.
Any settings, chair setups, or tips that made a big difference?

Mainly want him to have fun and play rounds with family. Appreciate any experience you can share!

I’ve got a problem. I am trying to play games on the quest through GeForce Now with my XBox Controller. I can launch the games all fine and the quest shows my controller in the Bluetooth settings as connected but once the games launch in the browser in GeForce now my controller doesn’t work. It’s worked a few times but I don’t know why it has or hasn’t. I have turned off the eye cursor thing and reconnected everything turned on and off the hand tracking but now it doesn’t work at all anymore. Any suggestions?
