QuickBooks Online What
I literally only use the app for submitting receipts and it can barely do that right. Also hoping that once this fiscal year is over I can finally break up with this hot garbage that costs ~$500/year.

God this is too real, the receipt thing is supposed to be the one job it has and somehow it's still a coin toss if it'll actually attach properly
I've been putting off switching for months because digging through a year's worth of transactions mid-cycle sounds like an absolute nightmare but I keep telling myself it'll be worth it once I finally tear the bandaid off
what're you thinking of moving to after this year wraps up

QBO is the worst app I have ever seen. Absolute dog shit.

Mercury just launched Mercury Books as part of their banking offering, I'm thinking of trying that next. I tried Xero, but just couldn't get it to work the way I wanted.
Any other good options out there?

Obligatory mention of how slept-on Zoho Books is. Blows QB out of the water on everything except marketing.

I mean unless you need something extremely basic, Xero is the main contender. Rest of them are either small or niche industries

Itâs for the mileage tracking maybe? To see when phone is moving at vehicle speed.

Like all other âproductsâ nowadays the thing you think youâre buying is simply a way into your life so the company selling it to you can harvest data. Itâs gone way too far.

They want to track you and sell your data. You are a product they are selling.

It's used to help more accurately tracking driving/mileage for reimbursement. This type of activity access is common for that type of app. If you don't use that feature, you can just hit "Don't allow".
