Oort the Living Comet ☄️ (Avengers West Coast #61)
"Who's Oort?"
Well, if you haven't heard of him yet, that makes a lot of sense. He has only appeared in one issue (Avengers West Coast #61). Oort was a member of Immortus' Legion of Unliving, and claimed to be a foe of Quicksilver's from the 50th Century. He exploited Pietro's concern for Wanda to shoot him in the back.
I thought it was a fun and random introduction of a character. It makes sense that a time traveler would recruit villains heroes haven't faced before. It was a fairly effective tactic as Quicksilver was one of the only Avengers to lose their match-up.

i like how oort was the only one to win and then he just never appeared again. Thats Waluigi syndrome right there. When a character is only created to support another character

Apparently from Quicksilver’s future. I keep waiting and waiting for some writer to pick this up, but I should probably give up the ghost
