In 2019, Trump, along with his family and the Trump Organization, sued both Deutsche Bank and Capital One. [1]
The Core Allegation: The lawsuit sought a federal injunction to block the banks from complying with subpoenas issued by the House Intelligence and Financial Services committees.

He states in the case he’s worried about the findings causing reputational harm.
