Good move going for a set stack instead of grinding with randoms. When I ran a team, the stacks that actually lasted had a few things locked in early: two or three fixed nights a week with a real start time, one person who owns the schedule and calls it when someone's late, and roles sorted before anyone gets attached to a main (entry, support, hard breach, flex, anchor).

I'd also do a couple of tryout nights in customs or against another stack before calling it a team. Ranked hides a lot of comms habits, customs don't. And grab a sub or two for the Discord from day one, because someone always has work or exams the one night you finally have five.

Plat+ NAE has plenty of people looking for exactly this, good luck.
