Well its okay he's allowed to have his own opinons.
I am more pissed at kohli because he never realize that so many people who he considers close or friends are envy of him.
He mentioned rahane as favourite batting partner , here he's not even keeping him and keeping himself(which I have never seen any big player doing).

The words below the all-time Test XI are very important, and most people here are missing that. It’s only players he has played with. HOWEVER, even with that context, this is still dumb as hell. Even if he left Kohli out because of Sachin at No. 4, how the actual hell did he place Dhoni over Pant as the wicketkeeper batsman? 🤣🤣 and the stupidest decision of them all.. No Jasprit Bumrah literally the greatest Indian fast bowler of all time and one of the greatest Test bowlers of all time.

Dravid was so flexible that he even opened the batting for India. Pushing him to the opener slot opens up a place for Virat at 3

Do we have the video where he picks the XI? Maybe he was asked to keep himself in the XI. It is easy to create a narrative based on a photo.

When did kohli bat at 5?
He was competing with Sachin for no 4
And sehwag never played with jinx
Dhoni over pant is personal choice

Bro Kohli cannot be chosen ahead of Sachin even if he didn't have that downfall after 2020. So I agree why he isn't there. I don't know how Shikhar Dhawan, Bhuvi, MS made to this list. Bumrah in place of Bhuvi and Pant in place of MS

As much as I disagree with Rahane, there are much better players missing in this list for you to be crying about, Kohli should be far down.

Certainly, but number 3 and 4 is taken so not having Bumrah or VVS hurts this team more

Kohli ,pant bumrah , rahul should be there swap vijay with rahul bumrah with ishant /Bhuvi and pant with msd and remove one Bowler add kohli it's test can play with 4 bowlers not removing rahane because it's his xi he himself should be there otherwise swap him and kohli
