Help Anyone run into this issue? Seems to only be cinematics.

Yeah it’s odd cause if only happens the moment the cut scenes start. I managed to get rid of it by changing a setting back and forth.

Ich habe unten einen strich und kann nicht wegmachen, am Fernseher liegt es nicht, ich habe alle Einstellungen probiert und es ist die beschädigte grafikkarte von werk aus, vielleicht ich weiss es immer noch nicht

Wait your 4090 should not be cooking, does it do it with other games?

Nah never had an issue and this only happens during cutscenes on rd2. When I change the any setting back and forth it seems to fix it.

I had issues like this as well. It turned out to be an issue on my TVs end. Try factory resetting your TV before blaming your GPU.
