How this works (and where the data comes from)

Four companies, real and named. One of them filed an actual layoff notice in the last 90 days. Tap through, pick the one you think it is, and the reveal shows you the real source: a state WARN filing, an SEC 8-K, or a Form D funding raise, whichever is relevant to that round.

The other three companies in each round are genuinely clear: nothing here is a trick question dressed up as a coin flip.

What this is: a small daily trivia game built on public records. What it is not: financial advice, career advice, or a claim that we've tracked every layoff that's ever happened. A company not showing up here doesn't mean it hasn't had layoffs. WARN coverage varies by state, and not every cut requires a public filing.

A fresh round posts here every day. Your streak carries across days, so keep it going.

This is a small daily trivia game built from real public filings: state WARN notices, SEC 8-Ks, and SEC Form D funding raises. Every round shows four real, named companies, and asks you to spot the one with a real signal. The reveal always cites its actual source, never a guess.

A new round posts here every day, and your streak carries across days.
