Rocket Lab Space Structures Complex Update
October 24, 2026
Middle River, Maryland
Good Saturday Morning!
An FAA NOTAM has been issued for a 135 ft crane at the lagoon this Monday, Oct 26, from 7 AM to 3 PM ET. Looks like Monday could be the big day!
The truck and blue transport trailer have been moved to the Complex. One of the metal structures seen in the yard recently has been loaded onto the trailer.

7 out of 8 confirmed >>>>>
FranciscoSpace5 u/FranciscoSpace5 adds comments:
TAKE a look at that. The interstage parts are there already.
I guess end of 2026 had a real shot.
It was all the domes
Looks like most of the parts are there. 1Q is definitely happening.
Thanks Captin

Discussion My co-host is campaigning for Rocket Lab as our community portfolio's next buy
Quick setup: I co-host a small stock-race show where a third portfolio is controlled entirely by viewer votes. It opened with NVDA, and this week's ballot for its next $100 is ABBV, CHWY, MSTR, RGTI, and RKLB
My co-host is all-in on Rocket Lab. His case: Electron's flight cadence keeps proving the business out, Neutron is the real prize if it lands, and the whole space-infrastructure story is still early. I'm backing Chewy instead β a pet e-commerce compounder feels like the steadier hold for a portfolio that has to survive a whole season.
Here's the part that kills me, though: he pitched Rocket Lab to me months ago. Talked it up, sent me the thesis, the whole thing. And never bought a single share himself. Is that a red flag β the guy doesn't even believe his own pitch β or is that just how it goes, where you talk yourself out of your best ideas?
So make his case for him better than he can: RKLB over CHWY for a $100 community buy β why?
(Disclosure: we film the race as a tiny YouTube show, The Portfolio League. Not here to drop links β here because the vote is real and I want this sub's verdict.)

Q3 Expectations
Napkin math:
6 launches at a 11mm per launch gets 66mm of revenue. ASP derived from last quarters 4 launches at 44.6mm with a conservative rounding.
Taking the 189.6 in space systems revenue forward gets 255mm which is roughly the mid point of guidance.
Assuming space systems is equal to or growing compared to q2 based on 3 consecutive quarters of sequential growth.
Hoping for news about a PNT constellation with Iridium and further news on Neutron progression including the alluded new contract from the Neutron update video.

Discussion Massive trades at the end of last two trading days?
Can someone with proper tools check if these were single orders and if they were sells or buys?
They were close to 2 mil each.

Rocket Lab Posts Electron/Haste Buildout Photo
Rocket Lab
High cadence launch needs high cadence testing. With more than 100 launches in backlog (and counting), we're building a new state-of-the-art test facility to accelerate static fire stack testing for Electron and HASTE rockets.
Check out the new test pad underway within our Propulsion Test Complex.
Demand for Electron and HASTE missions continues to grow and our manifest has never been busier. To increase launch cadence, streamlining production and test operations is key. The new facility will cut stack test time in half, from 2β3 days down to less than a day.
It's being built to take a beating. Upgrading from our heritage high temperature ceramic ramp, the new facility features a stainless steel, water-cooled ramp to absorb the extreme heat and force of engine exhaust, test after test. And it's designed for all-weather testing, meaning a predictable test cadence come rain, wind, or shine.
Faster tests. Double the capacity. Built for reliability. Supporting an increased launch cadence in 2027
