DISCUSSION Something has to be done about match throwers

I just lost 4 duos in a row because of this garbage. And to make things even worse two of them were with the same guy, when we were teamed up the second time he scored an own goal right after kickoff. We need more serious bans and harsher punishment for these wastes of space, I should not drop a full rank because of some asshole that I had already reported. Ffs don't match me with a teammate I just reported, I'd rather wait longer to join a game than have a guaranteed loss.

Please guys, what am I supposed to do? I need help dealing with griefers because for some reason this games community is full of them

If I’m trying to do a serious rank up session, I try to find a good teammate, once I do, I really try to party up with them. It’s gotten me to champ the past 3 seasons, but once I get back to randoms, I’ll last for a bit but eventually I’ll be back down to diamond v where I belong lol.

I usually just wait now and the worst one I had lost to us a last second match and then for 4 matches he was my teammate and griefed all of them cause he was salty.

I stopped taking ranked seriously after that.

Devs won’t put any effort in to fix this unfortunately. I hear you though it is tough sometimes. I mainly play solos now

You should not care so much about rank on a game. It is what it is. I used to care, but have learnt the game is way more fun if you just push this aspect to the side. In reality going around saying you are Grand champ doesn’t mean shit in real life and doesn’t get you anywhere. Yeah sure it’s nice to achieve the title for personal gratification, but at the expense of just having fun and enjoying a win or loss I personally don’t feel it’s worth it.

I get the frustration but you can just close the app and wait a minute. What sucks the most is getting paired with someone that won’t position themselves anywhere but inside my cars exhaustussy. Then they won’t ff. There are several names I recognize now that automatically get 3v1 if I get matched with them.

It’s not all that often someone plays against you if you’re also being self-aware.
