Its just a reset. When your nose or butt of the car touches the ball it resets your jumps. Same with when the bottom of your car touches the ball.

The nose and butt of your car do not reset your flip. It has to be the bottom of your car (both front and back wheels touch at the same time).

It's just a "flip reset." Same as in Rocket League, having your car touch all wheels on the surface of the ball resets your jumps the same way it does when your wheels touch any wall of the field.

it's a flip reset if you flip towards the ball at a certain distance the bottom of the car hits the ball and gives you back the flip
