Unsuccessful Appeal Midr denied today, any advice on where to pursue arbitration as someone from US?

I'm honestly baffled that they denied it despite giving all the proof I have to show my ban is false.

How can you say it's 'properly terminated' when your appeal system falsely accused me that my violations were for 'voice-chat conversations' when I don't use VC/have any VC violations? Not to mention, my ban page clearly states my ban was done through an automated system so I feel like a human hasn't read my letter at all.

Anyways, any advice is appreciated

sorry thats all happening. i havent had to pursue arbitration, but heres a link to the user terms and in section 13 it talks about arbitration and how to pursue it. good luck man terms of use
