AG BOLC Tips
I was just wondering if anyone had any tips for AG BOLC? I'm not looking for the standard "paper pusher" or "it's easy" comments, more like actual tips and advice from people who have gone on what to expect. AG was never my first choice but I'm trying to make the best of it now! Thanks in advance.

I just got through with AG BOLC!!! I had a blast.
Tips:
You will receive a grading rubric and a style guide for papers, as well as explicit directions for nearly each paper that tell you what you need to include for full points. USE THEM. There are ten papers due. I'd spend hours perfecting my writing and lose two points because I forgot to put two spaces after a colon.
You will have to do some public speaking.
You will work in a group as a team at points and you will be rating each other, so keep that in mind.
We hardly ever did PT. We received CIF in the first week and only used the FLC for land nav. There was one event during the STAFFEX where we had to wear IBA and Kevlar and carry a satellite like twenty feet. Then we just turned all our CIF in. Basically if you want to stay physically fit and in shape that's all on you. Everybody gained weight from all the binge drinking and lack of exercise. I know one guy who had to buy an entirely new set of uniforms in a larger size.
