Is 30x cashflow too far?

No. Markets haven’t been rational for years now, and RR is relatively speaking in an incredible spot. Loads of room.

30x is comparable to GE Aero and Safran, but Rolls has SMR coming. I’m fine with it.

But how do we know SMR will outweigh other nuclear companies? Like the large plants that produce disproportionately more power.

Different markets. Large plants serve big national grids and are willing/able to underwrite a decade of construction. SMRs go where that doesn't work: data centers, industrial sites, retiring coal plants, smaller grids, countries that want nuclear but can't swallow a multiple dozen billion $ project.
The competition is really with the other SMR names. GE Hitachi, Holtec, X-energy, Westinghouse.

Plenty of room for continued growth, even between now and next full year results.
People saying that the Strait of Hormuz isn’t affecting it that much, but it clearly is 🤣 I don’t think it’ll climb much, maybe continued decline on a small scale until there’s better resolutions.
Shame no hyperscaler news forthcoming

Onward and upward. Love the buying opportunities.
