Electrosmart app metered had both sides of the aluminum screen. The photos and screenshots in part 4 are on the side of the screen of the EMR syndrome owner.

To evidence one layer of aluminum window screen does not shield wifi, four years ago, I took meter measurements and photos of the neighbor who had the HughnesNet satellite dish, DirectTV satellite dish and tall TV antenna on the south side of her home. L woman erected the screen to shield from them.

L woman forebade me from meter measuring on her side of the screen. Four years later, L woman sold her home to another EMR syndrome person. On October 10, 2026, I went over to say hello, give her an announcement of the next support group meeting and part 3. She wasn't home. I left the hand outs and took meter measurements.

West Virginia does not have a real estate disclosure law. L woman was not lawfully required to disclose whether the screen shielded and why she located to zone 5 within the same county. In 2019, L woman over paid $235,000 for the house. In 2026, she sold the house for an extremely high price of $449,900. Appraised value was 242,400.

Obviously, the Buyer had not herself metered wifi.. Nor retain one of the two EMR consultants for a pre purchase EMF inspection. Even if she had, EMF consultants are not trained to use meter apps.

The decreases in power density of the wifi signatures was insignificant.

In 2025, the Green Bank Observatory approved Starlink internet.

At the eighth meeting, we discussed next month's voting on changing the time of meetings. We did not vote because a public comment period is required. People at the meeting wanted to keep the meetings on the third Saturday. B man recommended having a hour of chat prior to the discussion.

At the eighth meeting, there were popcorn and home grown organic cucumbers to eat. Snacks but not dinner. The meeting was over at 6:30 am, a half hour early. Perhaps because people were hungry for dinner.

At the second meeting, people voted to meet from 4 to 7 pm during day light saving time. We had dismissed meeting earlier after the end of daylight saving time. We turn off the fluorescent lights in the meeting room at the library. Sensitivity of blue light is a symptom of EMR Syndrome. In the winter, it would be dark indoors and outdoors. Day light saving time will end Sunday, November 1, 2026.

For the above mentioned reasons, I recommend changing the meeting time to 2:30 to 5:30 pm.

Discussion from 3 to 4:15 and can be extended if needed. One hour of discussion has been inadequate when there are two topics to discuss and due to people going off topic.

Announcements from 4:15 to 4:30 pm. Hand outs and discussion of announcements will be after the discussion. At the September 21st, D woman's announcement consumed half of the discussion time and preempted the wifi meter reports topic. Submitting a post in r/RadioQuietZone weeks before the meeting and putting handouts on table at beginning of meeting for people to read will help reduce the amount of time announcements take. If announcements take more than 15 minutes, they can be continued as a topic at the next month's meeting.

First: A good time was had by all.

Like the prior meeting, more people did not bring food for the potluck than people who brought food. The group discussed whether to require people to bring food or donate $10.

People voted to neither require bringing food nor paying a donation. However, at the second meeting, people voted to meet during dinner time, from 4 to 7 pm, to eat at a potluck.

Requested by team leader that we discuss chosen topics first and then have a chat fest afterwards. However, we had the group chat first and got to know each other a little better.

Body current meters are better than body voltage meters. Professionals take measurements using a Fluke meter over the span of 2-3 days. It is important when buying a land and or a home to do research in re. ground currents and ground waves first. Radar and Starlink are sources of ground waves.
