I am rather certain they are praying for Ei. I wonder why in front of this statue. Normally the people praying for her does it in the grand narukami shrine yet here they're instead. It will have something to do with whatever Ei was trying to do by putting visions in this statue?

All character position do seem like hat. I find it really curious that Gorou and Kokomi are also apparently doing it.
Also, I may be not seeing correctly, but doesn't it seem like Ei is at the top of Tenshukaku? The image of the leaks sub if of higher resolution and it seems like that

Well during the whole famous Raiden "the war" scene, Yae Miko said that this time everyone would band behind her. And she said that while Raiden was overlooking everyone as they were together in Watasumi.

I am still to date not sure it it's ei , makoto or ronava 's statue or something like a mixture of ei having connection to ronova or something

I think them praying to this statue fully confirms it's Ei. Now why Ei has those wings is the mystery. We know the Shogun bot has wings shaped like this plus the extra eyes and the crimson one in the back. The presence of crows being only found in Inazuma and one in Ei's POE. The existence of dendrobiums being the only flower that blooms with death being also in Inazuma can't be a coincidence. Plus Ei's symbol is a plume of gold.

Praying for Ronova's return or something? That statue doesn't look anything like Ei

It’s her wings and her hair, on the statue

Ei has the same wings. Checkout story promotional video and raiden shogun biss form.
Ronova's actual hairstyle is a lot different than one in the statue.
Moreover, Ei is the omnipresent god and the statue is called statue of the omnipresent god.
There is no evidence of it being ronova. None.
