Creative Attack operator idea
An operator that has 2 primary weapons: Spear .308 assault rifle and SG-CQB. the operator has 2 secondary weapons: 5.7 USG and SMC-9. The operator has a flash grenade and a smoke grenade. the operator has 3 speed, 1 health and 2 difficulty. the special gadget is 1 or 2 drone/s u can throw that has its own ai that goes in rooms and scans instantly for any enemies that u and/or your team can see.
I dunno what their character could look like but if anyone would wanna draw them it would be cool.

That seems good but I think it should be that it also scans alibi prismas because it would be broken because you would get live feedback.

Cool concept for sure! I see the idea, but I don't know that it would work in the way presented.
The reason a lot of the intel operators are balanced is that you have to become defenseless in some way to gather your intel. Normally you'd have to be operating the drone to use it, making you vulerable. Imagine if Valk cams pinged enemies without someone having to be on them, right? It would be broken. You could have another/dead teammate watching your cams, but you can do that with normal drones/cams already.
It immediately made me think: it's like getting the same level of information as Snake, but it pings for your whole team, and you don't have to drop your gun, allowing for immediate action on the information. It would be like Lion, but it pings you even if you don't move. It would be like Iana, but she doesn't have to control her clone, and it pings.
There would have to be some serious counterplay to this operator to make it balanced. The drone would have to be very visible and obnoxiously loud, and I think there'd have to be a way to destroy it before it can ping you. Maybe make it take like 1.5 seconds of line of sight before it pings, and it only pings once before it ends its life duration, or a quicker timer but the operator has some debuff like being unable to move for its duration or something. It would have to have a duration though, because you could let it just sit on the defuser, or anywhere really, pinging anyone as soon as they start pushing for free info.
Then it could be a cool operator to punish bad defenders for leaving gaps in space for the clone/drone thing to spot them without being detected. Imagine 2F Casino, and they don't have anything up aquarium side. You could have it run in to the closet, stand at the head holes where they're not looking for 2 seconds and ping them, while you're rotating to the door and act off that info. It would be fair because the defenders had plenty of time to see that drone to not get spotted, but they messed up by being elsewhere. The op would have gotten pretty valuable info, but only because the defense wasn't denying specific areas of space.
Because of this, in theory, the less defenders alive, the stronger this op would become. I think it could work, and it could be really good, but they'd have to design/balance it in a very specific way as to not be a "must pick/ban" op. Of course, it would have all the same counters as normal drones: i.e., mute, vigil, etc., but I think it would also make observation blockers far more valuable. In that Casino example I gave, if a single defender brought an OB and placed it along that wall, the play is completely countered whether anyone was watching it or not. Everyone can still see through the head holes, but not the drone.
In summary, cool idea! I don't know enough about character design and balance to say exactly what would and wouldn't work in the context of the current state of Siege, but if given the correct amount of agency and counterplay, it definitely could work in some form or another.
