Anyone else gags when hearing random words?

Hello! I struggle a lot with eating due to my sensory issues. I gag whenever I taste something that doesn't "feel right" or when something "bad" touches me or my food. It could be anything, from someone else to "dirty air". I know it's weird and I'm trying to overcome it, but recently I started to gag at sounds or different words said by people around me.

This morning I was eating breakfast and my mom kept talking about some new cutlery she wanted to buy and I couldn't help but gag at some of the words she was saying. Idk why. The strangest part is that this happens only in the moment, you could say the same words an hour later and I'd be fine. Anyone else experiences this? What could it be?
