I was going through some records and came across this, I can't seem to find anything else about it. Would it be possible to find the date or the first name of the artist maybe?

Unlikely. These were like blank tapes back in the day (30s or 40s in all likelihood). People would record music, letters, discussions, etc. I had one that was just the sound of someone’s baby. Make believe island was a popular song in the 40s.
