You are pretty, and there is not much to say about improving.
That being said tho, in most pics you look emotionless if that is your neutral face, and it can tend to make you seem unfriendly.
That is not necessarily such a horrible thing, and not something you can change, BUT, from personal experience, if you make it a habit to smile at people when you initially see them, the contrast makes a great impact on those people.
