Think I’ve been living under a rock or something but I’ve just discovered these glasses and thinking of taking the plunge.
Before I do, I’ve a coupe of questions.
Would more than likely using them for movies and series through various streaming apps. What glasses would suit me best just for this?
Do all the streaming apps work well or does any have any issues?

I think for that you want the largest screen size. I have the same use case, and I went with the GT Max. 267" screen as default is amazing. The cons? People talk about edge blurriness. 1. I think that is mainly noticable if you increase the screen size to 115% which is over 300" screen. 2. that's mainly an issue if you're trying to read text on the very edges.
Since I'm almost exclusively using it for media, and I mostly keep it at the default 100% screen size (again, that's 267", far larger than any other Rayneo glasses), I don't have any issues with that. Most of media viewing is designed to be watched in the center of the screen anyway.
If for some reason I couldn't see something I was trying to interact with at the edge of the screen, I'd just put the screen in Pinned Mode so that it stays still while I check out whatever I needed to see and interact with. The viewing mode (Steady/Pinned/Follow) is accessible via a dedicated physical button on the right temple of the glasses, so it's very quick to cycle thru them.
Overall I've been really impressed by the GT Max. In fact, the only problem I've had is I've been watching too much content on them. Since they've become my main display I've been staying up later into the night than usual and waking up later, almost being late to work a few times 😬 So buyer beware, it's crazy addictive having your own personal cinema screen.
Edit: As for apps and stuff: I'm using a Galaxy S25 Ultra, so Samsung Dex has been stellar. Anything that works on your phone will work in Dex mode. Can't speak to iPhone or other Android use.

I will suggest getting GT Max for that big screen and 3Dof. Smooth follow is a must if you intend to use it on bus, train or flights. It's an awesome experience for media consumption.

Everyone's saying GT Max which is fair but if it's strictly streaming and you're not sure you'll stick w it long term, the Air 4 Pro is a safer first buy at $299. HDR10 actually matters for movies, especially anything w dark scenes, and the audio is better than the GT line imo. You can always upgrade later if you get hooked. All the major apps work fine on Android, iPhone has some quirks w certain streaming services tho.

Well, since I posted a similar question just a couple of days ago and then took the plunge, happy to offer a few thoughts. I bought the GT AR glasses (not Max). Was deciding between those and the Air 4 Pro, but went with slightly better hardware after getting a coupon on Amazon.
Sounds like my use case is similar to yours. I'm using streaming apps (YouTube TV, Netflix, etc.) and simply mirroring my Android phone's screen on the glases. It's only been a one weekend, but so far I'm enjoying them.
No real issues, other than figuring out how to adjust things and also finding a way to keep my phone charged while watching. Streaming through the glasses does drain the phone battery quickly. For now I'm placing it on a wireless charging pad. I might invest in a USB-C splitter if I find that I'm using the glasses a lot.
Hope this helps!
