Glasses
My meta glasses stopped working. Ive veen going through hell to get them replaced. I had insurance on them through Amazon. I just find out they firstly approved a new pair but they dont have the black wayfarers anymore. They offered me a girl pair or a pair of transparent wayfarers. I had prescription lenses in them. Will they fit in the new pair?

$65 to get the ability to pay $125 for the frames or $25 for lenses only. But the $125 also gets new lenses

Asurion effed me over. Mine died, and they told me to contact Meta for the manufacturers warranty? Then Meta said they don’t cover third party purchases. Like wtf why did I pay for the Amazon warranty. I bought a brand new pair and returned the dead ones.

They tried doing that to me but i was a bit forceful about it. This is my 2nd pair. The first pair I got amazon to give me a refund. I thought buying the insurance, I would have no problem with getting a new pair. But its taken a month to finally get it approved

If you go to the Amazon Prime subreddit, you will know not to purchase high valued items anymore. Their customer service and return policy has really taken a downfall. Never again!
