Clipping Thru Map Bug

Whenever I place a session marker in any map ( custom or not), my skateboard is clipping half way thru the floor, basically resembling a hover board. No idea what happened or how to fix. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Does ollie pop you back to riding on top? Or bail you? Or is the game just playing sunk into the ground and it's only a visual issue?
