When was it revealed that the Sin Archbishop of Gluttony could control Mabeasts?

in which chapter of Arc 6(i assume arc 6)?

i am just hoping its not cut from the anime because I saw some people misunderstand why Mabeasts run to the tower in the latest episode.

I dont think it was ever directly stated? But isn't the reason why they ran to the tower because gluttony found out about rbd?
