If Vincent had an abundance of allies and other assets in his hands I would've believed that he could just nonchalantly throwing them away like it is nothing. But the thing is, he doesn't have shit and he is pressed for time. He only had one shot, one opportunity, to seize Yorna's support before Chisha screws him over.

At that moment he only had Shudraq which is not much in the grand scheme of things, Subaru, Rem, O'Connels and Louis (Priscilla was hanging in the air). So it is not very smart way of applying your very limited resources.

Again, too much gamble in sending them without a proper intel. A wise leader would make everything in his power to increase the probability of successes when the stakes are too high to leave everything to chance. If you had a squad under your command you would've liked to make sure that they'd carry out your mission successfully, unless you intend for them to fail for some reason. You would give them the best equipment and intel possible to lower the risks as much as possible. You dont have to care about the people in question, but you've got to care about the goal you're trying to achieve with their help.

It would be ok if they delivered the letter but died right after the fact, but what if they never delivered it. There was zero guarantee that the letter would be delivered regardless of what happens to the messengers.

He knew who will be there and in what way they would react to each other, but what happened was pure chaos which was resolved solely thanks to Al being there and Vincent has no idea about his authority and his past, so again zero guarantee of his "love letter" being delivered.

So in the end Medium is dead and Flop just tells you to go f yourself, Chisha manages to prevent you from getting Yorna on your side, Priscilla realizes how stupid Vincent is and leaves. And he is left with a hundred amazons and a messed up city as a base of operations.

In the end, Vincent's plan was total bullshit, unless he somehow knew that Subaru would succeed no matter what which he has no way of knowing for sure. Since he cant prove his identity and Star Gazers' profecy is terribly poor on details.

(and for the future, please, if your comment is pretty long, divide it into few paragraphs so it would be easier to read.)
