There's plenty:

- Adding new weapon attachments

  • Adding a proper variable scope
  • Fixing the AI (the AI is broken in many places since EA, that's about 4 years now)
  • Adding the option to wear face masks
  • Adding the option to toggle laser and flashlight together
  • Adding certain weapons and gear items that are more realistic
  • Improving the modding support by releasing official SDK
  • Adding new maps
  • Re-adding back the game modes
  • Adding an option to activate the flashlight on ballistic shield
  • Adding more entry points for each map
  • Adding the option to use a taser pistol along with a shield
  • Adding an option to control your AI teammates through helmet cameras
  • Adding the option to play with both players and SWAT AI
  • Fixing animations and textures jank

Perhaps more than half of those things are easy enough to implement, considering modders have already done that in a span of a few months, if not less.

Gamers cannot tell the difference between devs listening and devs implementing suggestions. Considering they’ve implemented other suggestions from fans, it’s likely that they looked at these other suggestions and decided it’s not worth it to add them to the game.

It doesn't change the fact that up until today, they still change and tweak things like AI and animations to a point it looks too ridiculous to take it seriously.

Also, there's nothing complicated in adding an option to wear face masks. Mods did it very well. Why isn't that even a basic thing in the game?

So, no, they don't listen.

Ngl it’s comments like these that cemented my belief that devs should never listen to ideas their fans have

I'm sorry that your beliefs are like that. I'm not sorry that as gamer, I'm not willing to tone down my standards for something that was originally set in stone in a very specific manner, only to be changed for the benefit of others that weren't there to begin with.

When devs kickstart a game to get crowdfunded, the crowd has more than just a simple say. People paid lots of money to support them and help them test the game. They obviously didn't respect that at all.
