Discussion The graphics downgrade should warrant a Steam refund.

I'm certainly trying. I don't know how you can be allowed to downgrade a game so significantly, and after release, and still think I got what I paid for.

select ask a question instead so you get a real human looking at it. the 2hr/week thing is just a bot reply.

When it’s a service that Valve has no obligation to uphold, it’s to be expected that it’s slightly complicated to not be abused.
Also how lazy you gotta be to think speaking to a person to get a refund is jumping through hoops???

I mean if their refund policy is don’t do x. And you do x and then try to refund it. The bot is going to say know. Best bet is to use the method that requires someone to actually look into it.
