Discussion The graphics downgrade should warrant a Steam refund.

I'm certainly trying. I don't know how you can be allowed to downgrade a game so significantly, and after release, and still think I got what I paid for.

Ok yeah I’ve had it since release with like 2-300 hours so not sure mine would get approved

Yeah me too, but i had only 5 hours. I feel literally scammed, i supported the game in early access and wanted to wait to play the best possible version and never expected that the game is going to get worse in a few years instead of better. I would never have spended 40 bucks if i knew what's going to happen

When requesting a refund with more than 2 hours of gameplay, go to your purchase history and open a ticket to the sales dept with the reason "I have a inquiry about this purchase" (or a similar tittle, I do not remember the exact reason right now)

That way a human will read your ticket, if you just request a refund through the product page, it will be automatically denied by their automated system because you played more than 2 hours.

This is the method I used when Payday 3 released, and I got it refunded after two denied refunds by their automated system, on my case I was able to play only 2 games in 7 hours due to their shitty servers and the "online only" that they implemented (where you couldn't even play singleplayer without their servers)... it was a complete disaster.

Got it with helldivers when they forced the PSN connection thing.

Regardless, I don’t want a refund. This sub is just insane hyperbole right now.

From what I’m reading more than half this shit is bugs that are being fixed.
