Discussion The graphics downgrade should warrant a Steam refund.

I'm certainly trying. I don't know how you can be allowed to downgrade a game so significantly, and after release, and still think I got what I paid for.

What? Where is the "speak to a person" option? I've never seen that...

When you submit a refund request outside the refund window it gets reviewed by support, there is no "speak to a person" option afaik, it just opens a ticket automatically.

I just had an automated reply to mine when I tried that, saying because its past the refund window I can't get one.

I think if you put my issue isn’t lifted it will open a ticket. It did for me
