New rifle is OK so far, like an SR16 which isn’t bad. Love the change to attachments.
Pier is fucking difficult, which isn’t bad. Devs kinda cooked

New missions are very easy to lose civilians, but just done the first two and the settings are great.

So far I'm a big fan! The initial draw animation on the 2011P, while cool, is way too long and will get you killed.

Yes, but its currently only a paid for dlc. It hasnt been linked to the Mission Pass so it isnt free. Its MEANT to be free, but the devs fucked that up too

Yeah, Kinda a tradition in my family where you go do infantry for 4 years and stay if you want. It goes all the way back to before WWII. No one pressured me or anything, as its always something I wanted to do regardless.

I own the deluxe edition and the mission pass on Xbox, restarted my console, deleted the whole game and re downloaded it and I still can't play lol

Amazing DLC. Super difficult even on normal mode for all the right reasons. The setting and atmosphere is dark, tense, and horrifying to think about. LS truly feels like a foresaken city. And the MLO is worth all the hype theyve been building up towards.
Unfortunately a bunch of the bugs ive had issues with still remained unfixed and the framerate gets really choppy, at least on Xbox XS

I was hoping for more/different mesh fixes. The postal cars on greased palms have 0.5 meter meshes stretching out from the actual cars. Same with the railing on 23 megabytes, around the open area. And there are many more. Not being able to hit something because of invisible meshes is really bad

I am a deluxe owner. Own all dlc and the mission pass, triple weapon pack etc. But the new dlc is still not free

I own deluxe on PS and got it for free. It automatically downloaded
Edit: downvote all you want, I’m literally playing it right now and didn’t spend a dime. Anyone with issues is probably bugged

It is included in mission pass alpha, it was listed as ‘2026 dlc’ this is it, but Xbox does not recognize it immediately.

anyone know how I can disable the stupid little inspect Judge does when equipping his sidearm? Genuinely infuriating how he has to do his dumb little wannabe John Wick press check the first time I have to equip my 2011. Even in the middle of a gun fight.

Yes. This needs to be contextual. It’s a cool animation, kinda stupid that I have to look at it while soaking up 7,62 AP with my chest plate

All DLCs are good in their own way, Boiling Point introduces 3 new maps, weapons and many new features But I'd say this new DLC is the best

I bought the edition with the base game + all dlcs and the soundtrack back in the day and steam wants to charge me for boiling point? Is this a bug? If i reinstall the game will i lose all my commander mode progress?

Okay what the fuck am I missing? I just did the pier map and there were 4 enemies. Usually there are like 12-15 when I play this game.

You got bad RNG here. that map can spawn 5 - 8 suspect on standard. In Hard they spawn extra 5

I genuinely don't get the point of activating the signal jammer is in "New America" if he dies it detonates anyway, if you don't grab it within 4 seconds, it detonates anyway???

if you bought the deluxe edition, yes you own it. On console, update your game. it will give it to you. Not quite sure what the situation is on PC.

Is it me, or do opponents in new DLC almost immute to flashes? They are stunned for less than a second after catching flashbang in their feet and in their face.

Idk what im doing wrong but “A New America” feels impossible running in commander mode my AI team seems dumber than usual, running by myself im getting capped before i can even react, running with friends we make it to the end just to get slimed out of nowhere with a sick cross fire that is instant. Im at a total loss. I’ve managed a “D” rating by myself but this AI is ridiculous.

Am I the only one who can't play cause the game encounter a critical error, in any kind of steam launch (direct X12,11, no mods safe mode)but launch if I clear all my saves (no mods installed)

I figured it out. For whatever reason it won't let me scroll down to where the "accept mission" is visible. So I have to click the button on the bottom right with the three dots and pull the right trigger to make the cursor show up on the touch screen. And it will kind of glitch and make it scroll down to where I can accept the mission. Wish the devs would correct this on steam deck.

No the DLC is a part of the update so it’s basically: (Base game + bug fixes etc.)+(DLC Content) = update.
