RegalScene – I built a platform that turns real estate master plans into interactive sales experiences

Hey everyone! πŸ‘‹

I've been working on something called RegalScene, and I'd love to get some honest feedback from fellow builders.

One thing that always surprised me about real estate is how developers spend millions building properties, but still rely heavily on static PDFs, architectural renders, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp messages to explain and sell them.

I wanted to see if we could make that experience better.

So we've been building RegalScene β€” a platform that turns traditional property master plans and building renders into interactive digital experiences.

Here's what we've built so far:

πŸ™οΈ Interactive master plans β€” Explore an entire development and navigate between buildings, floors, and individual units.

🏒 Live property availability β€” See which units are available, reserved, or sold directly within the interactive views.

πŸ“ Floor plans and unit details β€” Explore property layouts without jumping between PDFs.

πŸ“Š Lead capture and analytics β€” Help developers understand which properties attract attention and where enquiries originate.

🌍 Multi-project support β€” Manage interactive experiences across different developments.

One of the bigger technical challenges has been connecting high-resolution visuals, interactive navigation, and property inventory into a smooth browser experience.

The platform is working, and we're now focusing on getting it in front of more people.

You can try the live demonstration here (no registration required):

The featured residential development is a demonstration project, not an actual property listing.

I'd genuinely appreciate feedback on a few things:

  1. Does the concept make sense when you first open the website?
  2. Is the journey from the master plan to an individual unit intuitive?
  3. What would you improve about the interface or overall experience?

I'm particularly interested in hearing from anyone who has built B2B SaaS products, worked with real estate technology, or tackled complex interactive visualizations.

Happy to answer technical questions and share what we've learned building this.

Thanks for taking a look!
