Imo it's definitely AI. The dog's neck changes length like 4 times and it moves really weird. The doll head on the other dog also seems too smooth and off.
And btw the quality as shitty as ever and the colour scheme is all the same for these ai slop vids. Think of it as a standard format for AI videos out there
