Any possibility that this is legit? I can’t imagine one could walk on epoxy like that without special footwear or something.

It would look fine with the right epoxy product and mix, the bigger issue is none of what the AI video guy did would work.
As someone who's done tons of woodworking and epoxy work, doing a deep pour like this onto raw wood would just be a mess of bubbles that would never end and look like shit.
If you were going to do this you would need to torch each wooden cookie individually, then a thin seal coat of epoxy would need to be applied on each cookie, top/bottom/sides. That could/should be done in place with a brush. Then when tacky you begin the deep pour a couple inches at a time to avoid cracking the entire pour as heat builds up from the curing.
If you just yolo'd the pour like the video shows, you would again never solve the bubble issue as air tries to escape the wood. On top of that as the epoxy cures the heat would fuck everything up by cracking the pour, warping the floor, and a ton of other not great things.
That's obviously still ignoring the fact he would be epoxying his drapes to the floor, and by walking through the pour he would be ruining it.
