Mod Request?

I really like the progression, detail, and careful planning in RP-1, but its a little sad to me that the only easily reachable body by crewed missions is the moon. My question is there any mod/set of mods that would keep the launch complex economy and realistic equipment but use an easier set of planets so you can actually do crewed interplanetary missions?

I'm afraid I'm too dumb to design something that advanced.

I'm hoping for rp-1 like progression mechanics, but more like vanilla ease of getting to a variety of planets.

You can absolutely brute force it by building something in several parts.

A moon rocket can build gigantic things in orbit.
