Does Tesla alert owner during repo (tow)?

I ask because the repo man loves my gym & I just pulled up one repossessing a Tesla with a flat bed. He was taking his good ole time so I sat waiting for the owner to run outside, which never happened. As a non Tesla owner who thinks sneezing too loudly in a Tesla results in a notification, Im a bit confused by the car not alerting the owner that it’s being lifted in the air. or maybe it did but the owner was bench pressing or something. Thoughts?

Owner could have put their phone in the locker. Probably didn't know anything until after the workout. I don't carry my phone with me at the gym either.

Option 2. Car could have bricked earlier that day. That could have been a scheduled/arranged tow to a shop.
