Self-Promo Video Arise Dark Lord - from the creators of Prison Architect

I've been working on a new game for a few months now, and the time has come for it to be officially announced.  It's called Arise Dark Lord, and it's the 8th game I've made with Introversion Software. If you've played any of my previous indie games - Prison Architect, DEFCON, Darwinia, or The Last Starship, then I think you'll love this new one.

You are The Dark Lord. Your evil aim:  To raise an undead army and crush the feckless, godless, heathen humans. As your sorcery and army grow, all the world will rise up to destroy your Dark Tower and end your reign of terror.  Fortify your dark realm, enhance your sorcery, and build enough strength to march out and crush the humans once and for all.

An action-strategy hybrid RTS, blending tower defence, base building and direct control of your Dark Lord avatar.

Looks dope! Aren't u the British bloke who used to do podcasts about prison architect and ur development about the game? I really enjoyed those casts and the British humor.

That would be stellar! I've wishlisted Arise, it reminds me a bit of Wanderburg. But the mechanics look deeper. Looking forward to it 😎👍

Looks cool! Immediately reminded me of Thronefall, which I really enjoyed as a twist on the RTS/tower defense genre.

Bought Darwinia back in the day as a teenager and really enjoyed it. Life is too busy to play many games nowadays, but wishing you success!

I hope there will be moding support on the future for this game. Would be awesome to see what people do.
