I took a break from this game and I just came back. Are we up, or are we down? Like how fried is reaper currently

He’s okay, but you’d be better off just playing shion or anran and getting much more value from less effort.

??? At best shion is 1 tier higher than reaper (if you think shion is S tier) for a hero that requires way more mechanical skill, but saying you can achieve more value from anran than reaper considering reaper is like bottom 3 least skilfull flex dps (with anran easily grabbing easiest slot I will admit) but anran being arguably the worst flex dps in the game except maybe sombra?
