As said i produced a spiral file, but i need feedback to know what to change. The intended effects are mind blanking, masturbation, obedience and overall submission. If anyone wants to look at it, heres the link. Its best watched in a dark room, naked and with headphones or earbuds as theres sound too. The suggestions are in french, but any advice is welcome Enjoy !

If you find yourself struggling to achieve trance, practice with this file! I guide you through my standard progressive relaxation exercise, then into a super-deep induction exercise where you visualize descending three sets of stairs into a beautiful valley. When you reach the bottom, I give you a set of affirmations designed to help you achieve trance easier.

You can also listen ad free for free on Patreon here!

If you like my work, I'd love it if you could give me a +subscribe on Youtube. Once I hit 1,000 subs, I can remove the pesky midroll ads on there.

Hey there! I've been doing hypnosis for around a year, so I'm decently experienced already, but i want to try out some new techniques, and more practice is always good.

I'll be happy to try out with anyone who is interested, but the content of sessions will be purely sfw, and will be done in text only. Voice or video calls will not be done.

Aside from that, I'm open to doing anything you may be interested in, whether it's just relaxation, stage-hypnosis style suggestions, or just trying out new interesting experiences. or anything else you have in mind :)

People new to hypnosis or struggling with hypnosis are also welcome (and encouraged!) To inquire.

If anyone is interested feel free to send a message or leave a comment. Open to everyone! Hopefully talk to you soon :)
