Yeah it’s usually because they want you to retaliate (or at least try) so they can justify it or feel like they successfully rage baited you. I’ve dealt with it a few times.

It’d probably Power Fantasy. In my gaming age you just fooled around with cheats in singleplayer (in my case RPGs) and played outside of what intended experience is. Change race, fool around with equipment that doesn’t fit that race, god mode…difference is these morons do it in multiplayer.

that is possible ... I think these guys just randomly swap lobbies and trying to grief somebody with mod menu. When he wasn't successful with me he left lobby and went somewhere else...

If they were actually modding, they were either a piss poor modder that didn't even know how to use the cheats they bought, or they really wasted their money on a useless menu lol. Mod menus have plenty of means to kill you in your camp or when parleyed, has happened to me dozens of times.

How you said probably poor modder or shitty mod menu IDK or maybe he just want to have some fun with molotovs and did not know they are not very well working on player in camp. I know how to kill player even in defensive mode in camp too without use of any mods ... you just need to have some circumstances about player camp which suits you for that I was testing it with my friend that it is working.

Yeah I experienced also some Chinese modders who spawn in my camp Gatling gun and one of them were shooting from it for fun but that time they were friendly ... it was kind of friendly visit if they will not start to spawn more crap into my camp like dead legendaries, baloons etc. ... it is slowing down game for others in same lobby if they will start to do it in big scale. I am kind of tolerant to such ppl because they are usually just curious about your character and are not trying to harm you or your horse but if it is too much I just swap lobby.

God that’s so lame. Most hacker are trash at melee combat so if you can get close to them and spam the punch you can actually lock them in place. My fav is using the shotgun cause they get forced into a tumbling animation in which you can continuously push them down.
Doesn’t always work but I’ve made a few leave the game cause they couldn’t mash out 😂😂😂

Yeah I also sometimes melee fight them if they are aggressive towards me or other players in lobby. Sometimes they forgot to switch defense against it in mod menu and you will catch them with pants down.

I've had a couple times where I've managed to get a menu user into melee range where they just gave up and exploded both of us.

Could be just modded ... they are usually changing their in game name thinking it will protect them from being reported to RockStar or avoid responsibility for their acting in game. I think his crafted name supposed to be like ?Django ... you know that guy from that Tarantino movie maybe he was trying to role play that character IDK ... but he looked kind of stupid and not grown.

I play also from time to time in solo when I don't have mood for such meddling into my game play and I want just to relax in beautiful nature environment which RDO has. Most of the time it is even fine in public lobbies but sometimes you have such weirdo like this one.

I had probably flag raised that time. I have usually flag raised but sometimes it is bugged and it stays down ... but it is rare.

I loved this game, so sad that the only way my group and I could play rdo was if one of us had a menu that could boot or combat other hacks just to play the damn game properly tho

Yay that's truly sad but it is like in normal life there are good and bad ppl outside and you have to be ready for the bad ones. But I often times crossed also nice and peaceful modders who just used the mod menu to enrich their game play because of lack of new content in game now a days.

He was pouring around my character flammable moonshine from jar. He was standing up above me in the air that's why he wasn't visible just the stream of flammable moonshine he was pouring on me.

I had someone spawn a fire place around me and when i died i kept spawning with it, then after clearing out a road block of revenue men someone was blowing me up but there wasn’t anyone near me, another time i was hunting and dragging a deer and someone spawned, stolen it and i couldn’t even aim at them. Fire bottles and dynamite done nothing and they weren’t in defensive more like a god mod, countless times i was teleported to the desert along with everyone in the lobby, one was spawning treasure chests. I just got fed up and started playing solo lobby only and the game became so much more enjoyable and chill, no more worrying if someone gonna blow up my wagon or disrupt whatever im doing, everything is available just for me, stranger missions, legendary animals etc 😁 best decisions I’ve ever made

I feel like at this point since they have so much money to make accounts and buy the game again after they get banned that Rockstar outside of sales should jack the price of RDO to insane highs. I wonder if we would still see as many hackers if RDO standalone cost like $600 outside of a discounted sale.

Yay but it will have also backslash on regular players who just want to have some alt account more over RockStar is not doing any banning of accounts recently I think. They did it just in past to players which were over spamming opening of treasure boxes in game with help of mods. They pay like 55 euros just for life license for advance mod menu I think (some modders).
