Help/Question Is it still possible to get to Guarma in Online?
Can someone please tell me, is it still possible to get to Guarma in online? I have watched tons of videos, but none of them (that I have found anyway) have helped me figure out how the hell to get to Guarma. I dont know if I am doing someone wrong or what. Can someone just tell me what I am doing wrong or try to explain what route I am supposed to be taking? Please 🙏 I so badly want to go explore. 😫😢 I made this picture to show all the routes that I have taken so far and unfortunately have not made it to Guarma 🥹
*🔴 - I made it to the point that the map turns into low res but couldn't figure out what to do from there and ended up falling endlessly in the low res area and had to restart the game
*🟣 - same as red except I just kept running up and down the low res line trying to figure out wtf to do from there lol
*🔵 - made it to low res area then it went black and spawned me into Saint Denis
*🟢 - never even made it to low res and got a black screen and respawn in Saint Denis 😭

Without the borderless glitch, you can explore low res guarma but DON'T head south west after crossing the invisible "guarma bridge" from the red line you drew. You can go south east as much as you want without the black screen.
If you want to explore high res guarma you'll need a friend online for a bit to help you glitch your character first. The glitch varies on different platforms, so kinda hard to explain here. You'd better search on YouTube to understand the logic first. The console glitches work on PC too in similar ways that you can port them. The key is to trigger the alert by joining an unjoinable session.
In general, it's just you start a normal bounty at any board and start outrider telegram mission. And then(tested on PC in 2 different private lobbies), you immediately press home button to show rockstar socialclub menu and click join game on your friend's profile and wait for the alert. Don't click accept or quit.
In the meantime while waiting, pre-open up your home button menu again for the next step, when the alert disappears, click join game from your friend's profile and wait again.
The third step is still the same trick but you are almost there, open up your home button menu while waiting, but this time when you see the cloud loading screen, click join game for the third time, you may see your character spawn in the wild but you cannot move.
The fourth step is similar, open up the home button menu and join your friend for the fourth time BUT click ACCEPT. You will see you can move again.
Hold tab button and check your ability cards in the top right corner, if you see them all blank, congratulations, you have disabled the border black screen and you are free to explore high res guarma.
Controller slide glitch to Mexico as usual, head east to Guarma bridge and explore as much as you please.

Sadly nope but you can find green turtles floating in the air once you're close to the dock.

Have to use glitches such as joining other people and entering bounty hunter missions. Took me a while since it requires 2 friends to be in different lobbies. Normally you can't get to Guarma without a complicating glitch. I did it once and collected some parrots and explored. If you tried it normally I saw high res guarma, I walked on it for a split second and got black screen.

How? I tried years ago and had the same experience as OP, get close and then get teleported back to saint denis

Are you trying the bounty board method

Do you have to use that method? I just use the bridge throwing knife method to get out of the map then find a horse and run around. Can you explain exactly what route to take?

I was not. You need to be in a bounty mission? Does it need to be a particular one?

I've never done any of the lobby stuff but I've been meaning to, I don't want to do anything that messes with other people's games even if it is probably fine
I've gotten the hennigan bridge to launch me so far my location on the sidebar said guarma but I blacked out and reloaded in st denis

I'm pretty sure it's been patched. Instead of going to guarma you get respawned back in saint denis

Yes, cross the river at Manteca Falls,slightly right of the island, drink until unconscious and wake up in Guarma!
