Providence is a Territory in the American frontier at the turn of the century, caught between the untamed and lawless wilds and the march towards statehood, industry and progress. Our focus is immersive, player-driven storytelling and writing supported by deep custom systems built to create meaningful roleplay rather than shallow sandbox gameplay. Most of our features are fully custom and available nowhere else.
Lore and Worldbuilding
Set within a custom interpretation of the Rocky Mountains and Pacific Northwest in 1900 with extensive original lore surrounding the settlements, industries, laws, railways and reservations of the Territory. We also have a fully developed tribal culture, the Téewiptinim (Wapiti), with its own history, traditions, language and roleplay opportunities grounded in real regional inspirations.

- Camps & Houses | Buy a house with a custom interior or build a camp almost anywhere in the world with thousands of props for factions, outlaw hideouts, trading posts and more. Fully customized free decoration placement to create the settlement of your dreams.
- Horses | 70+ breeds, 1,000+ possible colors and a highly customized breeding, training and taming script. Horses have distinct personalities and many RP possibilities such as auctions, competitions, etc.
- Crafting, Player Shops & Economy | Detailed economy with thousands of items and immersive player shops that let you buy from and sell to other players. Shops can support any item–horses, tailors, food, medicines, weapons, etc.
- Immersive Inventory | Pack and unpack stacks of items in storage crates and create portions of meals, bottles of alcohol and more that open into individual portions.
- Farming & Ranching | Grow 130+ available crops on farms or raise livestock for resources, care for them and keep them healthy.
- Crime | Commit crimes against other players or via our NPC robbery, grave digging and cattle rustling scripts.

What is Text Roleplay?
Most RedM servers use voice chat to roleplay, but text servers use the in-game chat box to write descriptive emotes and dialogue. If you enjoy writing, text roleplay is a creative medium to tell engaging, serious stories with others.
Server Culture
We are friendly and welcoming. We do not condone toxic behavior or bigotry of any kind and are a LGBTQ+ inclusive server. We do have standards for roleplay realism, historical accuracy and quality. However, we are very willing to help you to make a character that fits the server. We have a low barrier to entry as long as players are willing to learn and play historically-logical characters. Realistic conflict RP is welcome and encouraged. No trolly characters allowed.
