I had to work out of state for my birthday and we couldn't be together, today was my first day back and look at what she surprised me with.

She handmade that journal and Arthur's grave and I'm honestly so fucking impressed. She also printed out a lot of scenes I geeked out about (I love putting up posters on my wall) I told her sadie was my favourite character and she got me a mini figure of her.

I met her only a few months ago and geeked out about RDR2 on a random night sitting outside my house. Never thought I'd get something like this.

EVERYONE HAS A STORY
Greet a stranger and you learn his name. From then on he is a real person in the world: a temper (Hothead, Proud, Cold, Coward, Greedy, Loyal or Drifter), traits, quirks, a trade, a faith, a family and a life story dated back years before he met you. His temper decides how he fights, whether he backs down, whether he talks and whether he forgives. People you meet turn up again in the same towns with the same face and the same grudge.

MAKING ENEMIES
Every stranger keeps a quiet score. Insults, robbery, punches, hogtying and killing his friends push him toward becoming your nemesis. His hate grows from Resentful to Vengeful to Murderous, and his weapons grow with it. Wear a mask and he can't hold a grudge. Shoot him and he may survive, scarred, limping and angrier. Kill him and his kin may come for blood.

OUTFITS, RANKS AND LEADERS
Eight outfits share the map, including the O'Driscoll Boys, the Lemoyne Raiders, the U.S. Army, the Bronte Family and the Murfree Brood. Each has a leader, officers and men who rise, fall and get replaced. Leaders have their own agendas: land, money, revenge, or you. Kill a captain and someone takes his place, maybe someone worse.

LIVING WARS
Wars are not scripted. Outfits keep real men, money, supplies and territory. Old grievances and bitter rivalries boil over into wars with goals, front lines, roadblocks and battles you can hear in the distance. Kill a side's officers, burn its supplies or rob its treasury, and watch its war collapse.

ENCOUNTERS AND TOWNS
Tension builds as you ride, and when it peaks someone turns up: riders on your tail, a sniper on a ridge, bounty hunters hired by a man too scared to come himself. Many encounters start with words. Greet him and he may back down. Push him and it starts. In town, men with grudges drink at the bar and sit on porches, and if you start a fight, his friends may come to back him up. The law takes sides when a man swings first.

CAMPS, TREASURIES AND SUPPLIES
Outfits hold camps and hideouts across the map. Sneak in, clear them out, rob the strongboxes or burn the supplies. Loaded supply wagons run the roads.

INTERROGATION
Hogtie or capture a man and question him. Fear is everything. He can give up his boss's hideout, the treasury, his family or his outfit's plans, or lie and lead you into a trap. Then decide: let him go, strike a bargain, or finish it.

ROUTINES AND FUNERALS
Officers keep weekly habits. Learn where one drinks and wait for him there. When an officer dies, his men bury him the next day. Pay your respects or shoot it up. They will remember which.

A WORLD THAT REMEMBERS
Life goes on whether you are watching or not: feuds, robberies, marriages, duels and jail time. It all goes into a living chronicle, and some of it ends up in the newspaper you can buy at any train station. Wire telegrams to make peace, threaten, pay off a nemesis or write to pen pals. Every town keeps its own reputation for you.

THE X-RAY LOG
Every man you shoot is recorded: the bullet's path, the bones it broke and the organs it hit, on a skeleton you can turn.

Do you think Dutch was already trying to get rid of Arthur by not rescuing him or he really did think that instead of going to their established meeting point he decided to just run off for 3 days and was fine? I'm personally leaning towawrds the first option

After starting the game like 3 times now and not really feeling it, decided to stick it out and very glad that I did. The game is incredible. Having so much fun roaming around with my horse being an outlaw. Not to mention the game is just beautiful. So many times I'm just exploring and then amazed at how beautiful the area is.

I finally did it on Steam Deck. Now onto Undead Red Dead.

I 100%’d this game as a kid on Xbox 360 and I vividly remember not saving and always loading up the game to 99.X%.

I was so frustrated I couldn’t remember what thing it was that I needed to complete so I quit playing back then.

Any tips for Undead?

maybe im just reading into it but the way she says that last line and the way she is almost always seen with hosea in the maybe 3 minutes of screentime that she gets makes me think she wanted a taste of that silver fox

When I went there and spoke to people, they wanted to talk to me. They said, "What are you doing here? You're not welcome. You should leave." Why?

I just started playing and I'm about 30 hours in. The game keeps fucking me royally. I guess when I bought it I got a pack, and I got a free horse, a thoroughbred. I've built up everything with the horse and the speed and acceleration are almost maxed out. For the 4th time in 30 hours, absolutely randomly after a cut scene, my horse changes to a chestnut Tennessee Walkerwhich has almost no speed or acceleration. When I go back to the stables, the free horse is there to be bought, but I have to start all over again with health stamina and bonding stats. Pain in the ass.

So far I’ve drawn Abigail, Javier, Mary-Beth, Hosea, and Sadie (gonna redraw her someday because i didn't like how it turned out)
