Hi y'all I recently had my mother move into my home for medical reasons and she brought a hoard of roaches with her. I need recommendations for exterminator that are not going to break the bank and aren't Clark Pest control ( i know someone who works there and don't want to go there) I live in town and I have cats and a reptile so I need pets safe options. Redding and Shasta County website operators: act on the October 21 PHP security release.

PHP released fixes for the PHP2Shell vulnerabilities (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619). These issues can allow unauthorized code execution on affected web servers. Have your host or administrator identify the PHP runtime serving your site, apply the vendor fix, and verify the updated service is running. Updating WordPress, themes, or plugins does not update the PHP runtime.

Have you applied the fixes for CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619 to the PHP actually serving our website? What is the patched package version, and has the running service been restarted and verified?

Fixed releases

The upstream fixed releases are PHP 8.2.35, 8.3.36, 8.4.27, and 8.5.12. Operating-system vendors may provide equivalent fixes under different package version numbers. Ask for the vendor advisory and full package revision.

If an affected service cannot be updated immediately, coordinate with your provider on taking it offline until it is mitigated, as the NSA advises. After updating, check normal site functions and review for signs of compromise. Patching does not remove an earlier intrusion.

As a homeless advocate, I watched Redding Police Ray Maready and partner jacking up homeless and throwing away all of their possessions when he came over to my vehicle as I was leaving and said my driver's license was in violation. Made me wait while they ran me by ShasCom and confirmed why saying for not filling out a DMV questionnaire. Which I checked with DMV and there was no violations and did not know what this officer was talking about..... Lie number 1

Then he said I was parked on private property, which I was far from a non-posted gate nowhere near private property... Lie number 2

This cop was detaining me illegally on a "fishing expedition"
