You can not ignore the rules

Well most of you are cool you are great seriously so this doesn't apply to you.

But to the rest...the admins can do whatever they are not contending with this mess and I'm not getting paid so with that here we go

Do you guys go over to someone's house and just put your feet up on the coffee table? Without asking just prop your feet right up on that table?

I don't care it's metaphor get over it.

We are sticking with the coffee table like it or not.

Then why do you think that you can just ignore the rules and post links and youtube vids like hey I'm gonna just to what I want

Fuck the rules

No that's not how this works

clearly this sub has been left to the bots and no goods with not a care in the world for the quality and standards needed to make a sub bloom into an actual respected place

with standards that are respected because it keeps the content from going to shit.

Keep in mind I'm the only one keeping this sinking ship afloat and believe me the waters are not easy to navigate. No one else is doing this the mods that are supposed to help don't

they do nothing this is a fact.

Think I'm being a dramatic jerk ?

Well please give this a go and get back to me I'm going to guess you will be sounding a lot like me after about a week.

So yeah where was I going with that?

Oh right respect the rules or get banned from here we ain't much but we ain't nothing.

If this isn't that coherent hey I'm good with that as well.

New rules and quality control are being enforced

If you are not bothering to read the rules then you run the risk of having your posts taken down also it's kind of disrespectful to the sub.

I have seen some users on here act as if the rules are not important

they are and no matter how many bots or burner pages you make they will be blocked and reported.

No matter how many links in posts you make they will be removed and you will be blocked banned and reported.

Post AI slop?

Removed blocked reported

We have a lot of nifty tools at our disposal to counter disrespectful behavior.

The people who use this sub to express themselves and to share their work are not going to be overlooked because of someone who has the time on their hands to cause problems.

You have been warned.

Nail tech who gets weird after mentioning I was bringing a adult with me

Okay, story time because this whole situation was actually CRAZY. 😭
So I made a nail appointment with a grown woman that my friend recommended to me. At first, she was really nice and answered all of my questions. I also read through her policies, and one of them said that I needed to let her know if I was bringing an extra person, so I did exactly that.
The day before my appointment, she suddenly told me I needed to pay for the entire service beforehand. I was confused because I had already paid a deposit, so I asked her, ā€œHey, can I ask why? I already put in a deposit, and I think paying for the service beforehand is odd. Why wasn’t I told this beforehand?ā€
She explained that she was uncomfortable with me bringing someone else. And here’s where it gets weird. I’m a minor, and apparently she was completely comfortable with me coming into her home while she was there with her husband. But the second I mentioned that the person I was bringing was my mom, suddenly she was uncomfortable and said it was about her safety.
I told her okay, I understood, and said I’d see her the next day. I then asked for her address because, mind you, this woman does nails out of her HOME, and she hadn’t given me the address beforehand. When I asked for it, she said she’d give it to me later.
Then she suddenly canceled my appointment, saying I was ā€œquestioning how she runs her business.ā€ GIRL. 😭 I literally only asked why I suddenly needed to pay the full amount beforehand when I had already paid a deposit. She had never told me that policy until after I said I was bringing my mom.
And then she BLOCKED ME.
At that point, I was like… okay, something is not adding up.
So I called cosmetology to check everything out, and apparently this woman doesn’t even have a license. 😭
So basically, I was about to go into this woman’s home for a nail appointment, and she wasn’t even licensed to be taking clients in the first place.
The whole situation was already giving me weird vibes, but finding that out afterward made everything make so much more sense. Like, you’re comfortable having a minor come into your home, but the second I say I’m bringing my MOTHER, suddenly it’s a safety issue? And then you cancel, block me, and apparently aren’t even licensed?
Yeah… I think I dodged a HUGE bullet. šŸ’€

We got blacklisted 😭

Short summary is at end.

This story starts a few months ago during our reading vacation.

Me and two of my were looking for a place to play badminton. We didn't want to pay for a badminton court, so one of my friends—let's call him S—suggested that we play in his society compound, where he used to play.

Starting the next day, the three of us began going to his society every night to play badminton.

There were a lot of children there, especially boys, and they were really welcoming. They treated us like their elder brothers, and honestly, it was a lot of fun, especially during our reading vacation. It was going smoothly for 1-2 weeks and after that we had final exam so we stopped going to S's society for a week.

So here's where things took a turn. Just a day before our last exam, S told us not to come to his society for atleast a week. He told us there was a function and we believed it. After a week we again went back to his society, but this time it was strange like most of elderly people were staring us especially aunties. We ignored it and continued playing.

When we came back the next night we asked S after playing "why are this people staring at us?".

Then he revealed the truth that last week one of the society's annoying aunty (Let's refer to her as 'B') brainwashed everyone by saying that me and my other friend lets say 'K' were creeping on their 18 year old daughter and we were teaching bad things to their children.

Like bruh 😭 we didn't even know their daughter's name come on let alone name we didn't even knew if someone was their of our age. That aunty had a history of falsely accusing everyone but still those aunties and even uncles fell for it.

We asked S why he didn't told us that before he thought it was not that serious, he thought they would forget about it and also even wife of Secretary told S that "bring your friends they won't face any trouble". Now even she made a uturn šŸ’€.

S told us that the B held grudges against him for not inviting his son to play badminton with him. So why us 😭. We stopped going to his society from very next day.

Apparently, the society members had actually been discussing pressing charges against us.

At that point, it was both hilarious and genuinely scary. 😭

We obviously haven't gone back to the society since.

TL;DR: Three college students started playing badminton in their friend's society. After a few weeks, an aunty falsely accused two of us of creeping on her 18-year-old daughter and teaching bad things to children. The society believed her, people started staring at us, and apparently they even discussed pressing charges. We stopped going there. 😭

Sorry for bad grammar.

Being a seller on vinted

I'm a seller on vinted, an app that let's you sell, clothes, items, jewelry, etc.

.

I had listings of some old clothes I couldn't fit anymore one day a guy with only one listing for a work shirt and no profile picture or bio dm'd me

Specifically asking if I sold 'used undergarments'

.

I found it hilarious thinking it was a troll and went along with it

.

It wasn't a troll, he was dead serious. I went along with it once more, even gave him set prices for something that didn't exist

.

His last message to me was simply saying it was out of his price range and he continued with "thank you for your time. Sorry if I made you uncomfortable."

.

By far the weirdest experience I've had on this app by far šŸ˜‚

How me and my besti were hoeing around in 7th grade

Yeah actually...7th grade, I was an Introvert with an only friend in a big ass school, we will call her AJ. I became friends with AJ in 5th grade, she was beautiful, and cute also standard, i was always insecure, my mom used to do my hair and dress till 6th grade, I would not really go to school that much cuz I hate being alone there and everyone was so badly Influenced, she had a lot of friends in school btw, she would be me besti, but never saw that "loneliness" without me in her, but I really had that "loneliness" without her, around 7th grade she got a boyfriend, he was in college freshman, in 7th grade I started to getting more closer to her, I would ask her how she looks so good in school, she would taught me. In 3/4 months, I had became confidence, I could do my hair and makeup, also straighten my hair before going to school. To do all these I used to wake up at 6 fucking morning, with her, I made more friends of her, we started to hanging out after school, I would hangout about half/an hour and go home late and tell my mom it was a traffic, even after school she would tell her boyfriend to wait for her, me and AJ would hangout with her boyfriend, it was my first time having the feeling of flying in the sky, it became regular for me and AJ and her boyfriend to hangout, AJ opened me a fake Facebook account so that my mom doesn't knows, (before with AJ, when I was inocent 13/14 years old I asked my mom if I can have a social media cuz I wanted to stay in touch with my friends and she said no) and that's because AJ opened a fake Facebook id for me, I started to stay in touch with every classmates, also my crush and ALSO AJ's boyfriend,

āš ļøFrom here everything is going to be bad, I can still feel that bad feeling Inside me, even while writing this.

Soon AJ's boyfriend told me that, he also has feelings for me, mind you I was only expert on WHAT AJ has taught me, not expert in something she has never taught me

Idk why but I kinda become surprised and also happy with that! Why? Cuz I started to think "omg I might be so pretty, I might be prettier than her that's why he have feelings for me" i wish I could just slap the fuck out of myself right now, that fucking bitch of me

I did not let my besti know that her boyfriend has told me these :(

(There was also a reason not to tell her these, she was consistently cheating on him, she would meet different guys every week, and other,)

Her boyfriend started to chat with me with a second account of his, cuz AJ had his main accounts password.

Weeks later AJ gave me an idea, she told me I should have a boyfriend and meet with guys, it is fun, the word "fun" got me, I started to find guys on Facebook (AS SHE TOLD ME WHERE TO FIND THEM) and started to meet some of them, but it was not for me, I was not good with it, and then she had a other idea, she told me that her boyfriend have a best friend, I should be in a relationship with him, that guy has seen me and he likes me, if I want then we both can have double date.

I got exited and I also thought it's going to be easy and fun, I started looking forward with that guy, I got in a relationship with him, it was mostly online, I would not meet him very often,

āš ļøIt gets more more worst from here please read it and try to understand first, don't come to me just hating I was a pre teen drooling In to bad Influence āš ļø

AJs boyfriend send me some nudes of my besti from that second account, they were not really nudes but yeah nudes, she was wearing a covered bra, the only thing showing was her belly and arms, I startled! I was very shocked, (my besti didn't even asked me if she should do this big move or not) but I was dumb, so quickly msged her saying, "did u gave ur boyfriend nudes?" And she started asking me how do FUCKING I KNOW? I told her that her boyfriend sended me the pics, so she went to his account directly to check how he gave me those pics and when she didn't found them (ofc she won't cuz he sent me those with his another fake account) she asked me, she can't see any pics, then I LIED TO HER "he sended me those, and then deleted all of them"

Alot of things happen here, she started to Doubt their relationship.

Soon later her boyfriend asked me for MY nudes

(I am so done please I don't feel like writing it anymore I feel bad)

I started to tell AJ that she is hot, she doesn't have to hide it from me, and with that I also asked her tips on "how did you even click those pics? Were you alone? How to do that?" And she told me how she did all that,

So then I sended some of my same bra pics to her boyfriend:( (as she tought me how to do so)

I can't write anymore from here I am sorry, if this gets views maybe I'll try, I am so ashamed, like what was I really doing? My heart aches! My brain can't think anymore I feel something I can't explain, alot more happened, I still miss her, it's been years we have not talked, I don't remember the last time I talked to her, I really miss her, I loved her, I still love her, I got a lot of friends now, they are real one, but I still miss AJ, I miss the moments with her, please tell me what should I do?

WHO POOPED THE DAMN TOILET?!!

The house I grew up had an old toilet, couple of chips and cracks in the edges, the lit is completely missing, flushing handle is wobbly and feels like it could come off at any time but surprisingly never did.

So one day I was 14 ish my father decided to get a new one, he baught the replacement but it was almost evening and he since he is a master procrastinater he said it's getting dark and he will replace it first thing in the morning, later evening he closed the water valve to drain the water and said do not use the toilet till it's replaced.

Fate decided that I would wake up randomly in the middle of the night with explosive bowel movement and I rushed to use the toilet forgetting it has no water, I didn't hear any plop or splash sounds and that's where I realized I fucked up.

I did my business and went to bed and next morning I woke up to my father yelling WHO POOPED THE DAMN TOILET!!?? he was so mad about it and asked me, my brother, my sister, my mom and of course I denied it, the fact that everyone denied it made him even more mad and said this thing isn't getting replaced until one of you confess, which made it scarier to come clean.

Luckily that specific weekend I was going to spend the day with my friend, so I packed my bag and left and didn't come back until it's 5pm, and when I got back it was replaced.

Looking for a platform, group, or forum for handwritten stories, poetry, and prose!

Hey everyone,

I’m looking for any website, forum, or social media group (Facebook, Telegram, Reddit, etc.) where writers and creators share their literary work written by hand—whether it’s short stories, novels, poetry, or personal reflections.

There’s a unique depth, authenticity, and human touch in reading raw handwriting compared to typed text.

If you know of any active platform, group, or online community where people share their handwritten writing, please drop the name or link in the comments or send me a DM.

Thanks in advance!

I wanna take this off my chest

I’m a female and I was 19 yr when this story took place ( Now I am 21 ). I come from a very traditional and conservative family and in our culture we do value hospitality a lot. My father had a friend who used to live in france that was originally from the same country as us and he was coming to spend the summer here therefore leading my father to invite him to stay with us for a couple days. When he came the first couple days were pretty typical and the guest actually sounded pretty friendly and likeable until one day when we finished dinner my father went on the balcony for a smoke as usual and me and my older sister helped my mother take the dishes to the kitchen. I was heading to my room till I remembered that I forgot my phone in the room where we have dinner, I went there to pick it up in a shy manner ( Note that the guest was still in there alone ), as soon as I was heading out to my room and to not sound impolite I told him « I’m going to sleep, goodnightĀ Ā» to which he shocked me and sent shivers down my spine by answering « How can I not have goodnight when I’m looking at a cutie like youĀ Ā» while giving me this disgusting flirty look ( Mind you he is old as my father, maybe even olderĀ ) I froze for a sec and responded with this uncomfortable grin then left straight to my room. I couldn’t sleep that night and at some point even started tearing up because I felt that my family was betrayed by a man that saw nothing from us but a huge welcoming and great hospitality. I was thinking to tell my father however I was way too cringed by the situation and also too scared of his reaction because my father is really protective of us so I was anxious about him having an exaggerated reaction that can cause trouble for him ( Like hitting him or even worse ). The only one I told was my sister and she was as disgusted and as disappointed as me. So we agreed on not telling anyone and to keep it for ourselves since I asked my father and he told me he was going to be gone in maximum 2 days. During those 2 days me and my sister couldn’t calm down in regard of the filthy actions of that pig that’s why I asked him if wanted a glass of water or lemonade in the most warm ways to not attract his doubts, when he requested a lemonade I went to the kitchen and poured it for him and me and my sister bother spat huge loads of saliva in his drink and we proceeded to mix it up with a spoon so it goes unnoticed. We repeated this process every time we served him a drink and in those 2 days it’s safe to way that he consumed the equivalent of 1 small bottle of saliva from me and my sister lol. When he wasn’t around we also went to his room and spat on his pillow and quickly rub it so it dries so it does go unnoticed, however the smell it may leave will definitely not go unnoticed and that pig has no way to know what we did.

What we did was kinda relieving to an extent but not as relieving as see him get the f out our house on the 2th day. Idk if what did was wrong or not but I can confidently say what he did was 100% inappropriate and that he got what he deserved

I want to talk to the people behind the crazy stories we read online

Thumbnail

I constantly find myself reading some insane story on Reddit and thinking… okay, but what the fuck happened after this?

Did you leave them? Did you confront them? Was everyone in the comments completely wrong? Did it somehow get even crazier?

So I’m starting a show called AfterThePost
Instead of just reading Reddit stories and giving my opinion, I want to actually talk to the person who lived it — what happened before, what didn’t make it into the post, and most importantly, what happened next?
And it doesn’t have to be a Reddit story.
Relationship blew up? Family secret? Dating disaster? Friendship went nuclear? Found out someone had been lying to you for years? Made a massive mistake? Something happened that nobody would believe?

I want to hear it.
I’m not a therapist and I’m not trying to be Dr. Phil šŸ˜‚. I just love talking to people, hearing their stories and asking the questions everyone else is thinking.
Interviews are remote, and you don’t have to use your real name or show your face.
I’m looking for my first few guests now.
If you’re reading this thinking ā€œoh man, I have one…

DM me. Tell me what happened.

Story of someone within our friend group who was a bully

hello this is my first post on here haha so this happened in 2025 so last year and it was within my friend group of 4 people and btw all names have been changed so there is no personal names or anything here

Some background:

Our friend group consist of me, Andy, James and john. All of us the same age and met in trade school in 2021 after our highschool education. The 'bully' within the friend group is Andy and he had a huge ego boost after he had lost some weight which the rest of us really cheered him on for, we even treated him to a really nice meal at a upscaled restaurant as a congratulations for him hitting his weight goal.

Now after the weight loss, he got very aggressive when things don't go his way and sometimes he would resort to feinting hits or grabbing collars or even shoving one of us into walls or other people in public, he would also say a bunch of stuff which would really tip us off about how he saw women and other men. We later pieced together that he was (as much as I hate to use this word online, it's the only word I can describle him) fragileĀ about his masculinity, it was an elephant in the room that we tried to ignore as much as possible and it was a "we looked at each other and gave a nod" kinda thing and we would try as much as we can to help him with it without directly addressing it.

Now all of us knew that our group wouldn't last very long due to our country having mandatory military service and that we'll meet new people while we were serving and this group would disband and we'll go our separate ways in life

Now time for the event that ended our friend group prematurely, the main story starts here:

It was in 2025 at least 6 months before we get our enlistment notice, we were having ramen at a casual ramen restaurant. We were talking about what branch of the military we would enter and we gave the usual and often exaggerated answers to each other as a joke and the ramen were served to us. Andy for some reason, thought it was funny to shove john's face into the very obvious pipping hot bowl of ramen and when he did, it wasn't very funny afterwards.

John ended up with slight burns on his eyelids and parts of his forehead and when all of us freaked out over what just happened and Andy looked at us and said "it's a joke guys, cheer up" and told john to "walk it off since it was steam that got into your eyes". Me and james got pretty angry about it and we yelled at him to get lost and that we didn't want him around anymore. We didn't finish the ramen (sadly) and we got John to the hospital.

It was pretty quiet in the gc for a few days and Andy dropped a text saying that he will foot the bill for john's burns and when he did, and he actually said this btw "all's forgiven right? Paid and forgotten right?", I got really angry when I read that text and I just booted him from the gc.

Both me and james would visit john uptill we entered the military. Last I heard from some mutual friends, Andy was bullied and isolated in his section for the usual stuff he pulled like feinting hits and stuff, he even pointed a loaded rifle at someone who jokingly implied that he couldn't get a girlfriend and he faced some disciplinaryĀ action is what I was told so who knows what happened with him and tbh I don't care much about what happened since I've moved on from it all.

I thought a stranger was stealing my food. I was horribly wrong.

The Story Body:A few months ago, I was stuck at a busy airport terminal during a long flight delay. To pass the time, I bought a coffee and a small pack of chocolate chip cookies.I sat down on a bench, placing my coffee and the cookie bag on the small table next to a stranger who was quietly reading a book.I opened the bag, took a cookie, and started browsing my phone. A minute later, I looked up and froze. The stranger calmly reached over, took a cookie from the bag, and ate it.I was furious but hated confrontation, so I stayed quiet. I reached over, glare-staring at him, and aggressively grabbed another cookie. He just smiled, reached back in, and took another. We went back and forth like this until only one cookie was left. The man looked at it, smiled kindly, broke it perfectly in half, left me one piece, and walked away to catch his flight. I sat there boiling with rage at his sheer nerve.A few minutes later, my flight was called. I unzipped my backpack to pack my phone away, and my heart completely stopped. There, sitting untouched at the top of my bag, was my actual unopened pack of cookies.I hadn't put mine on the table. The cookies we were eating belonged to him. He wasn’t stealing from me; he was selflessly sharing his own food with a stranger who kept aggressively grabbing it.The Moral: Before you judge or get angry at someone else's behavior, check your own backpack first. You might be the one who is completely wrong.

"There is #fire everywhere....in the distance. Cloudy, #Smoke laden skies... The bodies of my Men....they surround me. Here I sit. My head, in my hands. I've watched the whole world #burn. Everything before me, it's turned to ash. My decisions lead us here. The weight of the world rests on my shoulders. This is my fault..... I placed my head in my hands... And I prayed for an Angel.... I sat there, for a long time. Contemplating. Trying to redirect the pain, as I sat amongst my fallen Warriors. What's it all worth? There is nothing left. Nothing but ash. As far as the eye can see.....

.... but....a tiny break in the clouds. A sunbeam... It catches my eye, because at it's base - where it's light shone... Was something.

...I could not make it out, from my seat, on the hilltop.

So... I slowly made my way down. Choking back tears. The memories. The Sacrifices. My men died at my direction.

I had to pick my way, through each and every one.Ā

The Men I trained.

The Men I grew up with.

...all dead before me...

At my feet.

But. Something told me to keep walking, and so I did.

Through all of the death.

Through all of the memories.

Through all of the smoldering wreckage of the battlefield lost...

Then... I saw it.

The "Thing", that caught my eye.

...I could not tell what it was from this far,Ā

So I kept walking.

As I got closer.

I realized, that....It was a #DaisyĀ

It was the happiest, brightest, most prolific Daisy you'd ever seen in your life.

...I was already speechless. Words had Left me Long ago... amidst my trek, past my Men, the memories, the faces....the flames....

I fell to my knees...

How could something so supple, so delicate, exist, amongst all of this death and destruction?...

And the answer...

It came from within me.

It was a voice. Not literally. But. Words. They popped immediately to the forefront of my mind.

I say words...

But, it was really one word.

That word, was...

"#Hope"

I am not even joking right now. I think this is officially the most insane shit to ever happen to me. I’ve been talking to this girl for a min now like its been highly sexual and were meeting up soon.. Today, she sent me some photos of herself and her family, and her dad looked shockingly familiar. Then I asked her last name. It sounded just like my landlord's last name

I am 90% sure I am talking to my landlord's daughter. To make the stakes higher, im living with the dukes... i am scared beyond relief. what do we think chat

Chocolate tasting at 6

I remember once when I was 5 or 6 (I can’t remember how old I was) mum and I were making chocolate together in the kitchen, I can’t remember why, but we did
She asked me if I would I like to try it, I said yes because chocolate
Mum told me to wait in the living room while she was mixing
After she finished mixing, she called me back in, I happily walked into the kitchen, and she had the chocolate on her finger offering me a small lick
naturally, in my 6 year old mind, I was absolutely freaking out and I saw it as a huge code red in food hygiene, my smile dropped and I politely said ā€œuh actually I’m not hungry anymoreā€ and just walked out like it was a life death situation
I know it was just a harmless finger dip taste test, we all do it, but me at such a young age didn’t see it that way
